Refund policy

I. Returns (Change of Mind)

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

II. Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

We provide a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and technical defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a one-to-one replacement at no cost to the customer.
